Stefano Ritella
Director
Stefano serves as Director of HLD Event Services.
Previously, he worked with Deloitte Consulting (www.deloitte.com) in the Strategy and Operations service area.
Stefano has built his experience in event management field working with Interstand Service (www.interstand.it), a service company based in Milan, Italy, where he focused on high-end events and fashion shows throughout Italy.
Within Shanghai, Stefano is the Vice Chairman of the Future Executives Committee associated with the American Chamber of Commerce (www.amcham-shanghai.org).
Stefano holds a B.B.A. from the Luigi Bocconi University.
Angelo Scommegna
Production Manager
Angelo is the Production Manager of HLD Event Services.
He has been working for over 25 years on all types of events, site inspections, productions, staging and overall project management.
Angelo has personally managed CASA ITALIA in Beijing at the 2008 Olympics. For this project, he has overviewed site inspections to produce the designs, the design of structures and the set-up of the electric, lighting, audio and video systems. He also managed a team of engineers during various stages of set-up, on site assistance and dismantle.
Previously in his career, he has worked on cars shows for Mitsubishi and FIAT Groups, in London, Geneva, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Turin, Koln and many many other locations. Trade shows for ELICA in Köln and Ariston in Barcelona and Paris. Trade shows such as Motor Show (Various Editions), FuturShow (Various Editions), Cosmoprof (Various Editions) and others.
He was also technical manager for simultaneous translation and audio equipments in congresses for the European Economical Community in Italy and abroad. He has worked of the congress of Ministers of Defence of Sud Mediterranean in Tirana (Albania) for the American Minister of Defence , where he was the technical manager for audio and translation equipments. Various congress for numerous Italian and Foreign Ministers.
Furthermore, he has worked on fashion shows for Marni, Trussardi, Stefan Janson, Cavalli, and other brands.
Angelo has deep knowledge of productions for corporate events, fashions show, TV shows and trade show. He is also a certified audio and lighting techinician.
Suda Kongpradist
Project Manager
Suda serves as Project Manager of HLD Event Services.
Previously, Suda gained experience in the field of event management while working with Meeting Sites Pro, Inc. (www.meetingsitespro.com) as a Meeting Analyst in San Diego, California.
Within Shanghai, Suda is the Marketing Executive for EPWS - Expatriate Professional Women Society (www.epws-shanghai.org).
Suda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies Field with a concentration in Contemporary International Relations and a minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley. She has completed her Master of Arts in International Studies through Concordia University.
Manoela Lima Silva
Project Manager
Manoela serves as Project Manager of HLD Event Services.
Previously, she gained experience in the field of event management while working at Central dos Baloes as Marketing Assistant in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
Manoela holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Applied to English and Chinese from The University of Nantes (Nantes, France) a Master’s Degree in International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University (Manchester, UK) and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Applied to English, Spanish and Chinese from The University of Nantes (Nantes, France).
She is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and has advanced knowledge of Chinese.
Kim Jin
Senior Graphic Designer
Kim serves as Senior Graphic Designer of HLD Event Services.
Previously in his career, Mr. Jin has worked at Haworth (www.haworth.com) as Multimedia Specialist and at Three on the Bund (www.threeonthebund.com) as Graphic Designer. Kim is proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D MAX, Director, Flash, AfterEffects, Premiere, Dream weaver, Microsoft Office and In Design.
He currently holds a degree in Multimedia Management from LaSalle-DHU International Design College in Shanghai and a degree in Vision Communication from Northumbria University in Shanghai.
Maxine Xu
Project Coordinator
Maxine serves as Project Coordinator of HLD Event Services.
Previously in her career, she worked for Cospal Architecture Consultant Company (www.cospal.com.cn) and Keio engineering company (Hong Kong) as the General Manager assistant. Maxine developed strong skills in dealing with overseas clients and projects involving foreign corporations.
More recently, Ms. Xu worked in Xiaohui Wang's art center as the artist's private assistant, organizing exhibitions as well as managing the studio's daily activities (www.xiaohuiwang.com).
Maxine holds a Bachelor of art and design from Donghua University.
Roxy Wang
Junior Graphic Designer
Roxy serves as Junior Graphic Designer of HLD Event Services.
Previously in her career, Ms. Wang has worked at Tanseisha (www.tanseisha.co.jp) as Intern. Roxy is proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, 3DMAX, Flash, HyperShot and Microsoft Office.
She currently holds a degree in Graphic Design from Raffles Design Institute in Shanghai and a degree in Vision Communication from Raffles College of Design and Commerce (formerly KvB Institute of Technology) in Shanghai.
Diego Garcia-Valdecasas Cañedo
Meeting analyst
Diego serves as meeting analyst at HLD Event Services.
Previously in his career, Diego has worked at Best Way Congresos y Azafatas, in Madrid.
He is fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, French and German.
